I bought a helmet, then changed my mind. They took it back and wired me the money. They didn't have to do this, so I found it was really nice of them. I am not giving a five because I had better advise regarding bike helmets elsewhere. Moreover I am not impressed with the Specialized helmets. You cannot adjust the straps very well under the ears. Other than that, the shop is very nice and big and you can enter easily with your bike. The doors open automatically and there is a bike rack inside. They also have a great chart on the sizing of kids bikes (see picture). Unfortunately, some kids bikes only come with shock absorbers which I think are nonsense for kids. They only add weight.

Very good service, very nice and helpful staff. Visited some days ago to look for an sl7 pro and could not have expected more of them. Highly recommend paying this store a visit.
Hot Wheelz Oudergem fixed today a problem as a guarantee while waiting. The rear cassette was loose and the fender mechanism broken. Albeit not a big piece of work it is a clear evidence of good service and company culture. All small and big problems were always fixed in a similar fair manner. Thanks a lot.

Could try harder. They have tried for three weeks to do a simple job, promised it would be done and failed to order the part I could have bought myself 3 weeks ago. Gone from excellent to poor in one visit
