beware of them. they only steal money from people. we did not order anything, they sent us vitamins worth 140 without our permission

I was contacted by one of their salesmen to buy a package with vitamins for app. 20 euros. I asked the guy and he told me that I can start a subscription only if I wanted to. However, a subscription started automatically and I had to pay 60 euros for another package. When I contacted the customer service they told me that I need to receive another package (another 60 euros) before my subscription is terminated. When I asked them to listen to the call that I had withe their sales man, they told me that he informed me about the subscription at the end of the conversation but in Dutch. The whole conversation was in English but at the he explained the subscription part in Dutch for procedural reason as he said. SCAMMERS
disappointed as i am trying to contact you on email and phone no one is responding i wanted to cancel the package after the trial they mailed me i will get next package worth 16 euros after that will not receive any but they send me 60 euro package which i cannot afford or can pay nor i can return

Agressieve verkopers, ze bieden je een gratis monster aan, dan brengen ze je kosten in rekening en sturen ze je pakketten zonder ze te vragen met hoge bedragen en ze willen je dwingen om ze te betalen en ze willen niet accepteren dat je ze retourneert, ik heb verschillende pakketten ontvangen die ik niet had aangevraagd. Ik heb de claim ingediend en ze reageren niet op uw klacht ZIJ ZIJN OPLICHTERS
Ondanks alle negatieve reviews, heb ik hele goede telefooncontact gehad met pharmaxx, en ze hebben mij netjes behandeld. Ik kon het telefonische opzeggen.
Oplichters! Mijn man kreeg een gratis pakket. Heb al verschillende aanmaningen gekregen van Pharmaxx. We hebben al contact opgenomen met test aankoop en met de politie!
Alarm !!! Mensen Aub opletten !!! Agressieve verkopers en dieven. Waarom Federale Overheid reageer niet ?
