Over 30 years of hands-on experience in completing packaging projects for the Medical Device Industry in Healthcare. We handle projects from cradle (packaging product development and design) to full implementation (on the converting shop-floor and with the end customer on the packaging line). Projects have been completed for many major multinational companies (J&J affiliates, BD, Terumo, Molnlycke, BBraun Ansell…) as well as for regional players (Systagenics, Swann Morton, Maersk, … ) in healthcare industry. Besides experience in medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical packaging solutions, we also can give our support in food packaging applications. Projects start with understanding and analysing the needs, concerns, requirements and CTQ’s of the customer. At the same time, based on customer information about volumes cost calculations are made and confronted with the current status. One of the most important principals in our strategic approach is…deliver a better product at a better full cost. Development work is started to create innovative solutions in packaging based on knowledge of polymers and their application in extrusion or in coating formulations.
