There is no doubt about their nice products. It's Hermes. But my experience at the shop is common. Most of staffs were kind and helpful but some of them were not. I felt they were hesitating to show. The online shop might be a good option if you already know what you want.

Bad experience due to tough staff!! First visit was happy with excellent service and good recommendation by kind lady staff. But first feeling was gone soon with the other staff when I visit again. I bought nice bag however The store may loose their reputation because of some staff.

Came in for buying shoes and still waiting for service... After 30min bring ignored, No one available for helping, yet persons available for open the door when I decided to leave. Shameful service
