One Man and his Hog

These guys saved my bacon with an exhaust fix that allowed to continue on a European road trip with some buddies. From the service to sales team, everyone was friendly and very accommodating. Absolute pleasure to have met Xavier and the team. Thanks for all your help.

It's July 2nd, 2019, at 5:25pm. I'm the guy that rode in on a brand new Indian about 30 minutes ago, wearing an Indian jacket. I stood in line for over 20 minutes while the gentleman at the counter attempted to understand what parts make up a motorcycle (he obviously didn't know). 2 other gentlemen working there successfully roamed throughout the store doing anything BUT helping the customers forming in line behind me. 25 minutes go by. Finally the customer in front of me shrugs his shoulders and leaves empty handed. In walks another guy, steps right in front of me, smiles at the guy working behind the counter, and begins getting helped. Not only did the 1 guy working behind the counter completely ignore me.... he actually looked at me (for the 50th time in 25 minutes), and then continued helping the guy that just jumped in front of me. I walked out...I didn't say a word. No one said a word to me.... including the 2 other sales reps working, that I walked right past. I just moved to Belgium. Nice first impression. You have no idea who I am, or what I do....and you treated me this poorly. It's almost inconceivable how much money your rude & incompetent sales rep just lost you today. Seriously..... you have no idea. I won't be back. Plenty of other HD dealerships in the area. I'm sure they want my business more.

I understand we are in Wallonia and not a lot of Belgians speak English but for this location, close to SHAPE where there are lots of English speaking people, this dealership could do more to maybe provide some better customer service. Mechanics are rude, the service team or stock clerks are absolutely ignorant and rude (even worse than the mechanics. \I do not have it in stock!\ Then order it online you moron..) and front desk ladies are not very knowledgeable and the store is just all around unorganized. I would rather drive to Brussels and Gent than step foot in this POS HD dealership again.
