The mechanic does not accept that you buy the parts by yourself. He tells “You don’t take your food to a restaurant “, but restaurants make food, you don’t make cars, you fix them. Not nice to force the client to buy the parts that you sell... you could offer, but to force it is not nice. To be forced on buying parts I will go to Mercedes.

INCOMPETENT ARROGANT THIEVES. I took my BMW because of engine failure light, unstable idle and lack of power. They changed some very expensive valvles (about 400 EUR), and told me it was fixed. When I go to pick up the car, nothing had changed (unstable idle, engine failure light, etc). When I tell them nothing had been fixed, they wanted to change more parts of the car but make me pay for the parts that they had already changed and were not faulty!!! They wanted to change every possible part and make me pay for it until they would find the faulty part!!! When I told them to put back the old (non-faulty) parts, they made me pay for the labour!!! They try to sell you the image of a quality service (colour prints of what they are doing, etc), but have no clue of repairing a car. On top of that the idiot manager (old guy) is arrogant and rude as nothing I have seen before!!!
Very reliable, competent work, nice service.
Really rude, messy in managing appointments
Very rude and more expensive than official garages.
Vakman!
