This is a university dorm (UGent) with 1 room apartment for 2 people. Quite in old condition but the furnitures will always be fixed for free at any time by the staffs. This building is only for 1 parent with 1 children or 1 couple. If you are a couple and you have children(s), it is not allowed to stay. Also no pets. But you have a sub garage for cars and bikes. Entering by badge and keys. Very attractive price in compare with other private service. No washing machine but you can wash and pay with the machine in the sub floor.
