Awesome place! The idea of having a room in a caravan is just wonderful. The place is clean, cheap, and also not so far from the city center. Nice breakfast. The bar is located in a container: another brilliant idea. The common living room is huge: it has ping-pong table, foosball, big couches, guitar, and a small playground for the kids. Terrific hostel.

Such a great idea and such a great hostel I like the decoration. Also I like how some things are invented. It's such a great place definitely worth it.
First hostel experience since COVID. And I think Treck would still be one of my best hostel, pandemic or not! A super orderly system that doesn't spoil the vibe of the hostel. There was a great atmosphere in the social areas and outdoor bar. The staff were super friendly, humorous and helpful. The caravan we stayed in was cool and quirky. It made for an interesting stay! I really commend the breakfast and the bike rental. And the patio in the evenings. You guys are doing a great job. Best of luck for the future. I hope lots of people stay again!
Today I was here and I must say it is was coolest hostel I saw ever. I didn't stayed there but I wish! As well There working very cool people! For sure next time I will book Fantastic concept!
A nice hostel which has unique atmosphere and design. The stuff was extremely polite and friendly to us, we were given a map and clearly explanations and hints about what to see in the city. Also we enjoyed the silence: people here do respect others and we almost didn't hear any noise after 10 p.m. Breakfast was very tasty. We also liked the check in/out process. There were some disadvantages too. First of all, we weren't aware of the necessity of having our own locks to put on the lockers in the room. Also the kitchen is closed after 10 p.m., so no way you can drink your night tea. :) It is also quite outside of the city centre, so you have to walk. However, we enjoyed walking.
Alternative place as we love it. Great place to stay in a creative environment and close to the city center. I recommend
Treck is honestly one of a kind. The staff are charming and helpful, the sleeping areas are whimsical and functional. It's true, the location isn't great but the hostel itself more than makes up for it. We had the balcony bed that isn't a caravan - it's a little hut and balcony with curtains. We still felt we had privacy and it was quiet, only the stairs could do with a little oil to keep the noise down ;) We had a wonderful stay, and if we're ever back in Gent, we'll be back at Treck!
Nice place! Breakfast included, personal is great, best place to stay in Ghent !
