One of my all time favourite cafes when I go travelling!! Has a great jazzy vibe, quality coffee and some baked goods! Think they serve lunch too but I did not get to try!! Check it out. You won't be disappointed!! Love how in Belgium your coffee typically comes with a piece of chocolate or biscuit!!

Most important: Great coffee!! But also a friendly and passionated staff makes this place the best in town. Always a pleasure to 'take out' a coffee here. There is a discount when you bring your own mug, to me thats also a plus. As a local: It s sooo nice to see the same staff working here for such a long period of time, i hate it when places only with students that are replaced every month. This is a truly amazing place and we wish Alexis&his staff all the best with this jazzy coffee bar! I think 'Take five' makes from -what used to be a boring street- this the true centre of Ghent, a place where locals want to meet and hang out. Another recommendation would be, Its okay to raise the prices a bit, provided there is a loyalty card for regular customers. ;-)

After the disastrous experience at Mokabon I was delighted to have found this place. Flat White Oat is really yummy ! Very friendly young lady.
Very good coffee and pastries. Service is very nice and helpful. Prices are a bit expensive, but the ambience is fantastic.

Amazing coffee! A real standout in Ghent and probably in Belgium! Great positive vibe. Yummy food, with a good range of options. Perfect location for a break between exploring, or a base to return to after exploring this beautiful city.
They are very friendly!! I tried the cold brew, this was not my favourite taste and they gave me another coffee for free. I truly recommend this place!
