Good and fast service for your Renault. Expensive. Some of the staff are unfriendly, they also lost all my car papers once and tried to put the blame on me. When they did find them they did not really apologize. Promised a free service to compensate but the next year they forgot about that. Despite these incidents they do deliver good work on the car.
I reviewed this before but it was gone. Don't know what has been done with google. Anyhow, I will add it again. Bought my car in this garage and maintenance was done here as well. All went well till my last visit in 2016. They offered a price before a normal maintenace and charged double for it. And the guy didn't admit what he said! When I look at the maintenace list and I found many items which are not necessary and without my permission, like changing the battery in the key, windscreen wipers... I asked them to revert the items that were not in the list they showed me before the maintenace. But not all of them are revertable and I had to pay for them. I called for the manager and he stand with his staff, not his customer. Ok, that was \very NICE\ service. So No Mahy, No Renault for me in rest of my life. I sold my car shortly after that and went for another brand.
Expensive and tricky they don't give enough info,they told me one price and after repair the price was double!
