Staff is friendly but as a shop, it's largely useless. Their stock is extremely limited (looks like a shop on the brink of bankruptcy), the variety of their products also seems very limited. Their upper floor is basically half empty. They rent a huge store along the highway yet the range of their products is comparable to that of IKEA. The only reason I went there is that you can buy Philips Hue products at a good price with ecocheques, otherwise it's really disappointing. Staff are friendly, but I just have the feeling that something is really off with the store. It looks like a lighting store in Moldova, maybe even worse. If you see a shop with empty shelves or 3-4 pieces on stock from every item it just reminds you of post-soviet eastern Europe. Nobody should have that as an image in 2020.

Very steep prices for fixtures with \integrated\ light (LEDs). Meaning if one breaks, you can throw the whole thing away. There's little reason to design fixtures this way, unless if you explicitly want this, eg because the sales department thinks it can sell more fixtures this way over time. Because of course they'll tell you the fixtures will last for 20 years. Ours, bought on this same premise when the store was still called \Massive\, failed after only 8. Note that the warranty on the \lasts for 20 years\ light fixtures is 2 years, the legal minimum. Shows exactly the business strategy at work: sell overpriced fixtures that can't be fixed when the first thing breaks, make them last 6 or so years instead of the promised 20 and by then people will have forgotten and want a new style anyway. Rake in another sale. Repeat.
