Very nice vegetarian/vegan buffet. You pay for the weight of your plate. Not very cosy, but god natural light.

Best place in Gent so far. Enjoyed a very tasty red pesto pasta w bio white wine and Kombucha. Their salad bar also looks really good and the prices are very reasonable. In the back there is a nice little quiet terrace; perfect place to sit in the sun around lunch time while you digest their tasty food. The staff is really nice and helpful too btw :)
Buffet-style restaurant where you pay a set price per 100 gr of food. Delicious ingredients, all vegetarian. Lots of fruit juice options to choose from.
Nice little restaurant with good, bio healthy food. Located very close to train station...so perfect place to wait for the train !
An interesting vegan outlet where you pay as much your dish weighs. So you choose stuff from the laid out buffet, put it on the weighing scale and pay accordingly. Difficult to locate at night, but the owner is planning to have a prominent signboard soon. He was also kind enough to come out on my call to show me in. The food tasted good and it was a pleasant experience.
Amazing food but rather pricey. Approx 15 euro per person for the meal alone and then drinks on top... But the food was lovely and filling and the service very kind.

I nice little buffet style vegetarian restaurant. They had a nice spread of different dishes and sides. The price is based on weight and was pretty reasonable. The atmosphere was really good and the space was quite expansive.
