Friendly owner who seems to be in over his head. Postpoimt is very disorganized, parcels are all over the place. Has a find your parcel yourself in the mess approach. Returning a parcel: insist on your receipt for when your return never arrives at destination. It is your only proof of return to get a refund if you didn't make a note of the tracking number yourself. Offers a wide variety of services but needs more space and more staff to keep up and organized. A very disappointing experience and one known by other local Bpost points. I will not try it again. A messy 2-part collection because my 2nd parcel was lost in the mess followed by a return that wasn't handled properly resulting in my parcel getting lost. Wheelchair accessible entrance but don't try to move around in your wheelchair because there simply is no room to move around with a wheelchair.
