I've been here 5 times and only 1 member of staff in all that time wasn't incredibly rude. Don't bank with ING in general, they're useless
I have never in my life been so badly attended by a bank staff in my entire life, and I am well over 45. Spanish account, lost card, tried to get help from them and they refused to help us or even to talk to us. Going further the woman in charge shouted to us in public as if we were beggars for asking to withdraw some cash from our own account using details plus passport accreditation. I just hope that such person will eventually get fired and in the mean time I will process the formal complaint. Stay away from this bank and branches, as far as you can.
Absolute chaos, they are completely unorganised and sent my bank card to the wrong address.
Helpful staff members, not so crowded :) By the way it is better when you have appointment. But it really doesn't matter. Usually there are two to three person before. And in my observation, single person takes five minutes. I think you can wait five to ten minutes when you go to a bank ;)
Have NO money in office !!!!!
