This institution is designed to malfunction. The slower and the more opaque its functioning, the more it saves money to the state. The Belgian state not only becomes increasingly hungry to cover the costs of its ever growing inefficiencies (by increasing visible and invisible taxes on everything), but clearly it's also increasingly saving on social welfare. The only winners are the state parasites (ever growing part of population) who leech the only real drivers of the economy: entrepreneurs and the hard working people. At some point the system will inevitably need to collapse. Fortunately we have good money printers in the Western world these days, to avoid the total collapse a bit longer.

Really bad comunication, you can write an email bud never recieve answer, after calling almost 1 week, finally they answered the phone and they talk without any respect to me so they didn't want to help me. If you work in a public place learn how to treat people!
Not even worth 1 star, they supposed to help people, but they do everything possible to avoid talking, mailing or helping people. Takes months for things to happen, and IF they happen, it's usuallybad news!

Tickets bestellen voor Tomorrowland is makkelijker dan deze club bereiken. telefoon? niet bereikbaar, letterlijk nooit hé! email? Al vier weken aan het wachten op antwoord... jammer dat je geen halve sterren kunt geven bij google reviews
Zeer slechte communicatie waardoor telkens vertraging onstaat. Vragen worden niet correct beantwoord als zij (na anderhalve maand na een aanvraag) zelf bellen dat iets niet klopt en telefonisch is de HVW zelfs tijdens hun korte openingsuren onbereikbaar. Als er uiteindelijk iemand opneemt, dan hangt deze de telefoon na stilte weer op. Dit zou allemaal minder problematisch zijn als er geen tijdsdruk bij aanvragen komt kijken, maar helaas is dat wel het geval. Bedankt voor deze vertraging om mijn werk te kunnen /mogen uitvoeren.
