I feel like people from the optic stole me because i don't know the language. When i bought the glasses they offered an assurance to the glasses... But i bought them in a sale. I payed one and i got 2. Nobody told me that the guarantee was only over one of them. Last week i took the pair that broke me ... They told me that they will give a nee one back. Now i was there, the guy made me choose a nee pair because they don't have the previous one anymore. Then he was doing the paper work. Then he told me ... Oh but you don't have guarantee over this pair. I told him nobody told me that when i payed for the guarantee. He told me it is here in the invoce. I looked at him and i told him it is in Dutch. He told me sorry but it is there...

I’m a tourist, I have a problem with my glasses when I went to visit Gent, and they helped me to repair my glasses. Very professional, thank you very much!!
Went in because the sale said 50-70 per cent off frames. No one serving in the shop. Two women talking loudly and smoking in the back room for a good ten minutes as customers came and went. Asked about the sale to be told that you have to buy their overpriced lenses to qualify for the discount.

In het verleden heb ik er mijn ogen laten meten en de meting was volledig verkeerd. Dus maanden met te sterke brillenglazen rondgelopen. Hier koop ik nooit meer.
Perfect geholpen bij het kiezen van mijn montuur. Kunnen genieten van een koffie terwijl en nu terug een scherp zicht en dat voor een goede prijs! Bedankt beide heren voor het advies!
