I can't tell you how good Deliverect is. This has streamlined our whole operation and the support is fantastic. Awesome product, really friendly on boarding team, amazing support and links incredibly well with our POS. They are very responsive to feedback and always are quick to get new ideas implemented. REALLY GOOD! We have it in all 5 of our sites and it has been a huge driving factor in us surviving COVID. Big thanks to JP and all the team!!!

Have been trying to speak to someone for months, if that is how sales are, just imagine how support is going to be. My last email attached below, my previous one was a week earlier to which I also never received either a response or a \demo\. Have requested a demo more than 5 times over the website.

Having spoken to many other companies about integration, a lot of them promise you the world but actually deliver on very little. Deliverect is NOT one of these companies, when they say they will do something, THEY DO IT! Having initially spoke to Zhong, he assessed our needs & requirements and advised if his 'solution' was suited or not. His honest and frank advice gained our trust immediately and he was very confident he will be able to fulfil all our requirements. We worked very closely with his colleague Lisa, who took us through the whole onboarding process effortlessly. She is extremely efficient and always on hand to assist with any issues. It's so good to work with likeminded people who always aspire for excellence! Nos han vendido en España un servicio que aún estaba en desarrollo. Hemos estado esperando bastante tiempo sin tener soluciones claras y hemos procedido a no continuar con Deliverect. Antes de vender un producto recomiendo que la gente se asegure de que la integración esta hecha. Esto no se trata de vender por vender... No me ha gustado nada la experiencia.
