The new Ikea from Gent. Bought a small cabinet for 1500 and Paid delivery. First Appointment was cancelled. Today they came 2 hours early an dropped it on the street. No chance to convince 2 guys to carry it up for me. I offered money but they refused because of time. Unbelievable but the truth. Now I have a nice cabinet standing in my entrance hall. Anybody out there who could help.? Very disappointing.

Schitterende designzaak met een zeer goede dienst na verkoop. Na 4 jaar kwam er een productiefout naar boven bij ons tapijt; interieurarchitect Peter Bolle spande zich heel hard in - samen met de fabrikant - om ons gratis een volledig nieuw tapijt te geven. Topservice dus!
