Lots of grass with a view of ancient (the abbey) and recent (Old slaughter house) history.
The Saint Bavo abbey is a quit and superb sight in the middle of the city. The archetype of those ruins from the middle ages that the romantics loved so much. Free entrance.

Gentse Feesten day 1: Wonderful performance of P'tit Cirque with acrobats of the highest level. Their show Miracels Matter is made real. Respect.
Well maintained quiet park, great for playing with the dog.
It was a nice experience i like the park and its beauty.
