We look for profitable companies, with a proven business model and with growth potential (organically / M&A) to reach market leadership. We are a flexible investor, and target investments of 10-100 M€ per opportunity, in majority positions, growth capital, management buy-in/out or mezzanine financing. We want to work with management teams with common values and an appetite for long term value creation, and we incentivize success. We welcome management teams / business owners to contact us in relation to the opportunities they see, but which they are unable to execute given capital or other constraints. The real estate division focuses on professional real estate (retail and offices), senior housing, and mixed-use properties. We aim to be more than solely an investor, we also act as developer. For our investments in real estate we look for the perfect match between location and functionality. A key factor is that the property, while already generating revenue, provides potential for redevelopment in the short or long term, thereby creating added value. In Asset Management, Baltisse continues to build a diversified portfolio of revenue-generating and growth-driven investments in both corporate fixed income instruments and in the equity of publicly traded companies.
