Eerst hoofdkantoor gebeld voor informatie ivm herstelling gsm,aangekocht bij Telenet. Zij konden mij geen informatie geven, ik moest naar een fysieke winkel gaan. Doe ik dat vandaag om dan te horen dat zij evenveel(weinig)weten als het hoofdkantoor Deze rit had ik mij kunnen besparen, we betalen thans elke maand 140 voor hun diensten, goeie klant zou ik toch zeggen... Spijtig.

Ik ben het echt BEU!! Elke keer als ik een smartphone bij telenet wil kopen in de shop dan krijg ik te horen dat mijn business account op rood staat, dus OPLETTEN. Ze mogen mij niets verkopen in de winkel!!! Elke keer opnieuw word ik vernederd in de zaak in het publiek dus waar alle andere wachtenden meeluisteren!! Waarom krijg ik dat te horen eigenlijk. Ik wil gewoon een smartphone kopen op factuur en deze ook ONMIDDELLIJK betalen. NIET op AFBETALING. Wat is nu het probleem??? En waarom word dat maar niet opgelost. Kan iemand mij hierover dringen contacteren. Bedankt!
