I ordered a new bed, matress and 2 nightstands at the end of January. They said that everything was in stock and we agreed on delivery in the half of March. The date they gave me now is half of July so 4 months after the agreed date. When we asked where this delay came from we got the excuse that their resaler made a mistake and delivered the wrong size which was weird because they told us everything was in stock. They were also incredibly rude and totally not willing to take the responsibility for their mistake let alone offer a decent compensation, they only voided the delivery cost of 75 euro on an order of 2300 euro. The experience in this store was terrible from the moment the order was signed and I'm sure I will never buy anything else there.
