We use this camp site every year during the classic motorcycle racing weekend at Chimay. It's clean and tidy, and nicely situated on the edge of woodland. We also eat at the restaurant every evening during our stay. The staff are friendly and could not be more helpful, and the food cooked in the brick oven is superb. Jean Vincent is a first class host and a great chef. When you see the locals eating at a restaurant, you know it must be good. Very highly recommended.

Good cyclist camping. Welcoming and kind owners, old, but clean toilet building with warm shower. Quite camping mostly filled with regulars, I'm the only one on the tent field. Restaurant looks great (firewood oven pizza's), I'll stay another day to rest and try the pizza.
The campsite is horrible, been there in may 2017. When setting up my tent I was thinking of leaving, but just didn't had the energy to cycle to another campsite. Grass hadn't been mowed for a long time, lots of green flies living there (could not sit outside my tent), nettles in the hedge and grass, some abandoned caravans, etc. The toilet building smelled like someone had been killed there and the body was still lying there. Didn't dare to take a shower, one toilet was kind of usable and not too dirty. No place to do the dishes. Please, do not go camping here and I hope that some kind of instancy will close the campsite.
We hadden op voorhand de camping gereserveerd, maar hadden daarbij blijkbaar ook het restaurant moeten reserveren. Eerst zeiden ze dat we na 21u nog wel iets konden bestellen maar toen bleek het pas na 23u te zijn. Niet leuk als je speciaal deze camping boekt omdat je dan denkt gemakkelijk aan eten te geraken. Sanitair blok hing een vreselijke geur en er kwam geen warm water uit de douche. Het was heel druk en tot laat lawaaierig met een live optreden dat over heel de camping te horen was.
Bon accueil,bon produit,,budget raisonnable ! Les distances sont respetées et nous,avons mangé dehors vu le beau temps ! Très bonne pâte à pizza !!!
Les pizzas sont savoureuses ainsi que le reste des plats. Le restaurant est accueillant et chaleureux, ambiance convivial
Et bien c 'est un endroit merveilleux Les pizza et le vin délicieux. Très convivial... L' Italie à 2 minutes de chez nous Catherine Goossens et Guy Jordan️
Les plats sont succulents. Le service est irréprochable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.
