Item ordered middle of April 2016, promised delivery 3-5 working days. Nothing until end of April. Mail sent to ask what is going on. Reply received: provide us your full name again, address, phone number to see if that is really you. Provided. New mail received - Oops sorry, item you ordered we dont really have, we will send you your money back in 10 days. Pure negligence.
