Just to add something to balance the other strange mention on 'some furniture placed'. Ben Fondu is an iconic landscape creator. I suppose he is better known outside Belgium as we do not value our assets enough. He is the guy that knows how huge castle gardens can be preserved and managed in a cost effective way. He knows about oriental style balance and the window 'framing' of a small garden. He was in the committee that restored the historic gardens of the Royal Pavilion in Brighton. to name but a few... So quite a unique and versatile talent.
