Massive inconvenience! Not even able to exchange a faulty item for another item at the desk. Apparently has to be a specific desk which they have no staff for today despite there being at least 10 members of staff standing around not doing very much and sent me to another store more than 30 mins out of my way! Why a simple exchange can't be done at the regular payment desk is ridiculous and extremely poor customer service.

Large choice of electronics, games, music and books. You can find books in various languages. The sales personnel is nice but the After-sales are not always helpful ...
The person advising us on the new iPhone was very friendly. Then the process of payments and picking up your product is so silly and unnecessary complicated
Great choice of electronics and other appliances and amazing library but prices are higher than they should be on pretty much everything except for the book section. Also after sales service is horrible and is capable of making you wait more than 1 month just to confirm something you already told them and then another month to get reimbursed (if you are lucky) or having your item replaced under warranty rule. If you are looking for books in french, english or dutch it is a go to but for the rest just go to COOLBLUE wich is pretty much 5min away from there they have great choice as well if not more and after sales service is amazing, shall you have an issue your item can be replaced or reimbursed under 24h.

There many be a lot of products but the main audience are focused on French speakers rather than making it international as there are a lot of foreigners in Brussels besides Dutch speakers. Some of the corners were not tidy. Fnac is known as quite a pricey place to shop. But they do have interesting products so it’s worth a visit to take a loo around! Especially there are other stores so you won’t get bored ! -------------------------------------------------------------- Update - 30/10/2020 I went to this store to check on the item that were said to be in "limited stocks" on their online website. However what I didn't know was they didn't had any stocks (I went to ask the staff and they didn't even explain about it, only checked on the area and they didn't find it so they just said "sold out"). It would have been nice if the staff has told me about "IF" they will have restock, etc (at least check on their database). Later I realize that website of Fnac is not exactly user friendly when it comes to "data visualization". It says "limited stocks" but then if you go further it mentioned about "when" it will availble. They should have change the term of "limited stocks" to something else such as "reserve", "expected date of restock" etc.
Fnac is still nice to go to buy good cd's, dvd's or books...
We had a very bad customer experience. A product ordered online is not available for delivery, although it lies on the shelves. The advice to get the product right away, is to buy it in the store, and wait for the product to be shipped back and the money reimbursed. One month later, still waiting.
