Horrific experience with Frédéric Lemaire and this company. Avoid like the plague. Check-in was completed without our presence as tenants. The check-in inventory was never sent to us, and when we finally saw it, it was wholly inaccurate. For example stating the kitchen was in fine order, when it fact the facade of the kitchen units were literally hanging off the floor. I could go on and on with the inaccuracies... At check-out when we requested a copy of the inventory, again, he totally ignored us, but surprise surprise found the time to furnish the landlord with the inventory (which we never originally saw, were present to, or agreed to). At the eleventh hour (the night before check-out) after repeated requests for information he then blatantly lied to us on email stating that he had never seen or received our emails, when clearly he had as he had replied to the email chain only 2 weeks earlier. Clearly this company is in the back pocket of landlords. Never ever again. If you are a tenant, heed my advice and run for the hills!!! there is no independence here.
