I've been an ING client for 20 years and have had the pleasure of using their branches in Diegem (Now Closed) and Avenue Louise. I've been using this particular branch in Evere for approximately 5 years and quite frankly cannot say that I've ever had a good experience. Rude, Incompetent is only the beginning. Customer Service NON-EXISTENT! I'd love to talk to a senior manager at ING, but ha! Try getting them to talk to you OR call you is just impossible. Take your business elsewhere, ANY other branch of ING than this branch would be a great decision.

There are many ATMs for cash deposit and withdrawal, as well as internet banking in the branch.
Ok friendliness of staff
Okay for money withdrawal ... But, Travel cards are not functional for money transfers or Deposits.
Useless, lazy personal.
Un ING bien rénové avec de nouvelles machines. Et une porte qui s'ouvre en apuiant un bouton vert et la porte s'ouvre très pratique pour ces moments du covid 19.
Dommage qu'on ne sait pas donner 0 étoiles. Services déplorables.
