I came to change rear derailleur cable , and front wheel bearings. Bike - regular road bike, emonda SL. The work was done one day quicker then advised initially. The quality seems to be ok (I did 45k on the bike and observed only minor issues with rear gears switching, but this can be adjusted quickly). What really surprised me was the final bill. Spares price was not ok, but I cannot believe it took an experienced mechanic 160 minutes to do such simple replacement. 169 euros of labor cost is way too much. Anything above 60-75 minutes is either lack of experience, or a ripoff.

Excellent service, great choice of bikes and everything related to them - gear, helmets, lights, you name it. Kevin took his time even on a Sunday to fit my bike in the most professional manner. Every time I had an issue, I would consult him via WhatsApp and he would tell me when to come to the shop. In a nutshell: proficient, efficient, good prices (especially if you buy bundles, they make awesome discounts), friendly. I am surprised by the negative reviews here, because I bought a bike from them already 4 years ago and the service was excellent back then as well. I would recommend it to everyone, at all levels, for all bike types.
Great service. I bought a Trek just know, people are knowledgeable, competent, helpful and friendly. They seem to care more about the costumer than about making a sell. There is a vast choice of bikes and prices are more than reasonable. On amazon its cheaper? Perhaps, but you don't get personalised advice.
Bad service after purchase. I got a new bike from them in 2013. Years later I needed one small piece for the mudguard. They refused to sell it to me: \it is the last one and I would need for any potential bike revision\, they said. It is a pity that current customers are not important after the purchase. I found better Trek providers in the country.
Consistent with the reviews mentioned above. In this shop are very happy to sell you a product but when you require support... you can forget about it! You can find many of the products of the shop in the internet 10-20% cheaper. I guess that you are not getting any support from the shop, it is much better to save the 10-20% in price.
Excellent service and advice. I bought a new mountain bike - they have a good range of Trek. I was not pushed into buying a more expensive model. They fixed my daughter’s bike for free while We waited. Highly recommended for all types of bicycles (many electric bikes too).
