At the end of the move they added 21% \VAT\ to the price agreed upon in advance. They provided no receipt, and looked annoyed when I asked for one, only to scribble the number they just said on a piece of paper. There's no way they actually paid the VAT, and they just wanted to inflate their price by 21% after the deal was already done. Would not recommend. Malhonnêtes. Je déconseille et je ne retourne pas chez eux!

The service beforehand was good and they where really nice but the lift they send wasn't long enough although I send all the data beforehand and I had to pay anyway. They then told me that they would make an appointment with someone for the next day, but that didn't happen either...

It's better not to give a review. Our experience was horrible.
After having to move out urgently, Eurolift were able to provide me with a quick solution. The staff was very professional and helpful. Great care was taken in handling my furniture. All in all a very much recommended moving company in comparison to some other bad experiences I have had in Brussels. I will most certainly in case it is required ask for their services again.
The man who came to make the estimation of the cost was very nice and also the people on the phone, BUT the actual service was a disaster. They are not professional at all (reckless is the perfect word to describe them), they scratched more of the half of the things they transported and my tumble drier is not working well since then. THEY DON'T INCLUDE THE INSURANCE IN THE PRICE, so be sure of asking for it, if you still wanna take the risk with them...I can't reply to the answer they gave above, so: I know you won't pay for the things that got broken, in fact, the movers denied they did the only damage we noticed while they were here, so...I usually don't waste my time whining around, but every word of this comment is true.
