I'm not a BMW owner, but I've been there to seek some help with my motorcycle as I'm living quite close from there. The person from the desk has been very nice and did as much as he could to help me out, even though he knew I wasn't a customer. Very much appreciated, thanks again!

I tried unsuccessful the telephone number indicated on the BMW Brussels Motorad Evere website. Checking the website about more COVID-19 related information, I found only - showroom closed, please call (or send an email). I checked the opening hours on the website - just normal (including showroom!). Hence, I decided to take my motorbike and drive there and asked a sales representative (who accidentally walked down the street in front of the shop) if the repair shop is open and if they could provide a safety related service on my GS. “But no, only with an appointment. Come back another time”, was the short answer. Ok, perhaps if someone had picked up the phone, when I tried to call, might have informed me about this. Bad luck. But dear Sales Represantative, was this a proactive behaviour? You could have asked a colleague in the atelier, if they perhaps have 10 or 15 minutes to change the rear brake pads of my GS! But no, come back another time. Apparently, they reopen completely next week but also this information is nowhere mentioned! Just not good…One star assessment deserved!

They have some smiley, friendly, helpful employees and they also have a guy who doesn't know what a smile is. Price wise, they are more expensive than other brands, but not by much. At least they are correct when is comes to billing. The quality of their work is very good and the bike comes out well repaired/maintained.

Very disappoint visit. I booked a trial run, trough the website, had confirmation phone call. All ok, until the actual visit. The salesman (Stefaan) was very dry, almost unpleasant, didn't care explaining (selling!) the motorcycle I was interested in, even though I asked him - Nothing. When I remind him that I was there to trial the motorcycle he kept questioning my abilities, even after I explained him that I had years and years of experience. Then he tried to move my visit to another day, because it was rainy and \I had no proper equipment\.... I insisted I was ok with the weather and them we waved with (high) cost if anything happen with the motorcycle. I kept my stance, signed the paperwork and we went to get the bike. The only thing he did was setting the mode to \Rain mode\ and nothing else. Not a single explanation about the extensive options and buttons. Very disappointing experience, specially at BMW. Shout out to the other person in the store that asked me if I needed help (I refused because I had an appointment with mrs Stefaan, I'm regretting it now) and offered me coffee. If I buy the bike (great changes of happening) it will not be at this branch.
