Poor auction house. My partner emailed about payment and shipping to Glasgow. Since converting between GBP and EUR we will get stiffed on the conversion rate, their solution was to send using PayPal between friends and family. Totally illegal and against PayPal. I just see another guy seems to have had the same experience. Shame on Millon. Run away if you are not local and cannot see the item in person.

be very careful with Millon: they advertised a watched as fully functioning, I won the bid and when I picked it up it did not function. I immediately notified both the person at the counter and the people I was in touch with for the auction. They all said that they never guarantee that watches are functioning and it says so in the small print of the Belgian terms and conditions, and that indeed they differ from the French T&C which would guarantee the functioning of the watch if so advertised. This is severely inducing the customer in error. I asked for the watch to be repaired, and they refused. The still have not given me back the watch or the money. I do not have the money to take a lawyer unfortunately. I really not recommend buying anything from them, they knowingly induce their customers in error which in my opinion is pretty nasty business.

Very disappointing. Rude, condescending staff. When asked for clarifications about the condition of items, staff clearly get irritated. Avoid. Much better auction house which are more friendly and available all over Europe!

Poor phone line and horrible staff. Accused clients without proof and blam clients for placing bids that has never been placed. Horrible experiences. Wouldn’t bid in the future and don’t think it would be a good idea to consign pieces to them.
