Clearly 5 stars. I enjoyed practicing in a beautiful studio, guided by experienced and welcoming teachers. I would recommend this to all yogis, there is something for all levels!

I'm still a relative beginner, but Ramona's teaching has made a big difference to how I feel physically. She patiently guides you through the series of movements, gradually adding positions as you progress. She has a very deep knowledge of yoga and the body and with a gentle but firm touch she helps you make the most out of each position and progress with it over time. I've been to other teachers over time and I think her careful but precise manner of contact is exceptional. I'm still far from being a yogi master (!), but under her guidance, my flexibility, balance and strength have significantly improved; and I'm enthusiastic to continue improving. This has helped me feel better generally and enabled me to participate in other sport with less injury. Added to this, she is warm, welcoming and enthusiastic about yoga and life!
Ramona is a saint!! Her classes are fantastic - she is extremely patient and understands that not all of us are as flexible and strong as she is She motivates and encourages us, brings variety and changes according to our moods and energy levels and her class is a definite highlight each week. Great group of girls, always leave the class feeling good. Keep doing what you do Ramona!!

I have been a student of Ramona's for a year and can honestly say that her class is a highlight of my week. Not just for the increased flexibility and strength but also for the inner calm and the wonderful classmates. Ramona is a very special teacher!
Really great yoga classes. Ramona manages to keep the classes varied, interesting but most of all fun. Atmosphere is relaxed and professional. I highly recommend this studio.
