Good selection of stones, but appalling customer service - believe the reviews! I went to buy a stone, but they wouldn't accept any payment by card below 25, so I threw in a couple of incent sticks as a gift for a friend. On my way home I remembered that my friend actually doesn't like the sticks but the cones, so I call right away and ask if it's possible to exchange them - I am told \sure\. (Also, one of them was a box with \Palo Santo\ written on it images of wood sticks. Turns out it's Palo Santo scented incent sticks? What a scam, but whatever....) I go back the following weekend and the lady tries to dissuade me from changing them and tells me she doesn't even have the cones in the same scents. I ask if she has some real Palo Santo and whether I can exchange the incent for the real deal and pay the difference - she replies no because she would \lose money\ (???). So I say ok then I'll just keep the incent and whatever. At this point she gets MAD a me because she had to \walk down NINETEEN steps to the stock room to get it\. I left without looking back. If you are going to be straight out antagonistic with people why would you even open a shop?!

Cette boutique a quelque chose d'un temple magique. La patronne est une vraie passionnée. Elle ne cherche pas à vendre à tout prix. Si vous êtes curieux, désirez des conseils ou en savoir plus sur les pierres, elle sera une mine d'or. Mais triturez ses trésors sans plus de considérations que pour de vulgaires courgettes dans un supermarché et elle ne sera pas d'un abord facile. A vous d'adopter la bonne attitude pour recevoir le meilleur ;-)

Je suis venue pour acheter une lampe en cristal de sel et je n’ai pas été déçue! Très gentille dame, passionnée par ce qu’elle fait. Il ne faut pas toujours se fier à l’accueil.

accueil tellement désagréable , aucune considération pour ses clients vous prend de haut .. très difficile de lui tirer un conseil .. en bref vous l' exaspérez.. Madame prenez votre retraite ,l'interaction humaine et la relation-client restent des éléments clé du commerce à fortiori du votre ;.Optez plutôt pour une maison de retraite pour vous reposer de tous ces clients qui vous exaspèrent avec leurs multiples questions

Assolutamente sconsigliato. Accoglienza fredda, personale estremamente scortese, non rilasciano ricevute, non é possibile il pagamento con carta di credito sotto i 25 euro. NON ANDARE!! cercate un altro negozio! Oltretutto, durante l'emergenza COVID19, la signora (penso sia la titolare), non indossa alcuna mascherina. ALLA LARGA!
