3.5 out of 5 stars. It is hard to write a critical review, because Gilles seems to be a very nice person. That being said... I am not very happy with my orthoK, sometimes it is good, sometimes it is not. Here are the details: 1) One day the left eye sees better, next day the right eye sees better. My brain gets confused. For a few months I regularly got small headaches because of it; it is getting better now. 2) I usually feel the left lens at night, but not the right lens. In the morning I cannot see through the left lens (it is kind of ready to pop off), but through the right lens I can see. 3) The very close subjects became harder to see. 4) Halo effects in the dark. 5) Every evening, it takes 5-30min to put them on. 6) You will need eye drops and lens cleaners, which substantially increases the cost. (I spend two 10ml bottles of eye drops per month, which is 20e/month or 240e/year. This adds to the 500e/year cost of lenses.) Possibly the issue (1) could have been avoided with a better lens fit and prescription: instead of trying to push the eye sight to the best possible 1.1(left) and 0.9(right), it could be better to have 1 on both eyes, or even 0.9, but uniformly on both eyes. Hard to say for sure. PS: I have a slight astigmatism in my right eye, but it feels like often the lens doesn't fix it or fixes it the wrong way. best regards, Ayrat
