I had to do a colonoscopy at this clinic a month ago. The doctor had me pay him on his personal account 190 for it and told me after that it is not reimbursed by the mutuelle. He gave an attestation for a consultation only and the clinic refused to give me any invoice for the amount i paid.

Super nice people who took care of us from the very first moment with tons of professionality. The doctor Otero helped us understanding an important issue that nobody in Belgium nor Spain could explain to us before. He was clear, he took the right steps to test and to understand the issue, and he never tried to take more time nor consults from us than the extrictly necesary, so I also appreciate the honesty he had.

The place to waste time and nerves. Why bother making an appointment if you’ll end up waiting for 1 and a half hours in the lobby to see the doctor?! Such a disappointment.

A déconseiller de toute urgence ! Le medecin Sarafidis est l’une des personnes les moins compétente et respectueuse qu’il m’ai été donné de rencontrer. Plus d’une heure de retard a l’accueil, heure durant laquelle ont défilé une dizaine de clients mécontents (soit parce que la clinique avait perdu leur résultat, soit parce que leur rdv avait été annulé sans en être avertit, et j’en passe..)

Secrétaire très antipathique,autaine et arrogante. Clinique pas professionnel du tout, ils ont perdu ma prise de sang et ils me font passer pour une menteuse/folle alors que j’ai bien realiser une prise de sang (mon bras s’en souviens). Le medecin Sarafidis n’est meme as capable de se souvenir si oui ou non il m’a fait une prescription pour une prise de sang. Bref, horrible expérience! Je déconseille totalement a moins de vouloir perdre son temps et energie ( et sang ). Ce n’est qu’une usine a sous ( le patient n’est qu’un numero).

Dr. Sarafidis très symathique et honnete. Contant de son service. Mais personnel tres antipathqiue ( Je suis arrivé pour une gastroscopie avec anesthesie, pas meme un bonjour des 3 dame present comme si je debarquais dans leur maison à l heur du diner) la secretaire m a parle au telephone d une manière peu profesionnel.... Cela suffit pour que j aille dans un autre cabinet plus profesionnel....
