We are posting this review as a warning for others as our experience with the cleaning staff and the agency was not good. We had a cleaning lady from this agency who over time caused multiple substantial damages to our furniture and belongings. Not always telling us what and when went wrong or taking own actions to repair and ultimately causing more damage. Finally when after many reminders our collaboration ended and we were supposed to raise a claim for the damages, the agency cynically denied any responsibility or even raising a claim. With this making it very difficult to take any legal steps despite having proofs. If you mind and value your belongings perhaps this example may help you be more careful when engaging this agency. We wished we would have been warned in advance.
