3 suits submitted. Non of the stains were cleaned properly! Their cleaning abilities are close to a joke and definitely not up to the prices they apply (15 eurs per suit)...pathetic!

Walked there fore some 15 min to drop off some rather heavy curtains for cleaning. They told me I needed to come back on a different day because,for some reason, they needed to be measured and the person in charge was not there. This was within their working hours. No apology for my wasted time. Very inconsiderate staff.
Shirts 3 euros each, but surprise! Mine were women shirts (practically no difference with men shirt except for size and a bit adjusted weist) so 7 euros each. She was free to set such discriminatory difference and I was free to leave and take them somewhere else, where in fact I paid 3 euros per shirt. I will not come back, niether for men clothes nor women clothes.
Terrible service, would not go back there again.

Une catastrophe! Je suis allée déposer un manteau en laine. Celui-ci n'a pas du tout été nettoyé! l C'est scandaleux! 12 euros jetés à la poubelle! A déconseiller!!!
Je suis allée déposer un jeans blanc taché à cause d'un sac en tissus vert qui avait décoloré dessus. En plus de ne pas pas avoir enlever les taches d'origine, d'autres en été faites et en prime un trou. Aucun remboursement ou compensation proposé. A éviter à tout prix.
