This is one of my favourite wine bars in Brussels. It's not very big, which makes it cozy and the people are friendly. They always have interesting wine selections and the finger food platters are some of the best in Brussels. I totally recommend this place. One thing to note though is the fact that you can only pay with cash. Luckily there is a bank right across the street.
The waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable about the wines offered. We gave guidelines for our taste and she recommended the best and on reasonable price. Very satisfied with the service, the food, the wine and the atmosphere
I love 13 Degrés for a glass of wine. Service is always attentive. The tapas are quite decent. It's not cheapest place in the square and like may others there you can only pay cash.
