Do not buy furniture on this website. It is your responsibility to return the goods at your own cost, to be then reimbursed. If only there was someone to answer their contact form or an email. NOTE to LA REDOUTE: before you tell me to contact you directly via the contact form, I have - 3 times with no reply.

WORSE AFTER-SALE CLIENT SERVICE EVER RECEIVED. On 03.01.2020 I bought a commode through their phone service, they informed me then that the premium delivery service included essential assembly of it. When I received the commode at home, the post man said that they do not provide the assembly service, so the \premium delivery\ was not provided. Immediately, I called La Redoute asking for a solution (either to get the assembly of the basic parts of the commode, or the reimbursement of the 17 for the premium delivery). After calling 4 different times, they told me on the phone that they will reimburse the money back (this was on 09.01.2020). Today, on 30.01.2020 I had to call them back asking why the reimbursement has not yet been done. NOW they say that unfortunately they can only give me a voucher to spend in La Redoute, i.e. they still get my money while they have not provided the service. I do not want to spend that money in La Redoute but I am FORCED to do so. Such a bad after-sale service. You need to be accountable if a service wasn't given, and if you care about customers buying back on your website. Right now I am not planning to do so, even if I have a voucher. Such a disappointment honestly. TODAY, on 04.02.2020 I got an email from La Redoute saying that I will only benefit from the 15 voucher IF I soend 60 in the shop. ARE YOU SERIOUS? This is outrageous. You have not understood a thing. Will not buy here again, ever, unless I get a proper response.

Made a 1000 euro order 6 weeks ago and they haven't delivered yet, I sent 3 mails and they dont respond, the call center is in French so I cannot talk to them. On Monday I will talk to my lawyer and go to the police. It's my last chance.

Shockingly poor sales services. 1st delivery of dining table was damaged. Then the replacement one I had to pay again for and wait for it to arrive. Didn’t arrive when it said it did and then they failed to collect the damaged one. The “specialist” customers services team is unresponsive and the saga continues. AVOID AVOID AVOID

So pissed with myself for only reading the review of belgian La Redoute after I placed the order. I ordered a dining table for 6 on 18/04 and on 06/05 it arrives a plate of marble that has nothing to do with my dining table. Already contacted the customer service but had hardly feedback. Contacted them by phone and they kept telling me that there is nothing they could do, contacted them by email but has no respond, and also by FB. So disappointed. I have no idea at this moment what else can I do to get my money back. Totally regret the experience I had with them. Terrible service and after sales service. Please be careful before you decide to use their service.
