Bad quality screws and clearly bad design for at least one bathroom light product. Have you tried to change bulbs on your lightning? Do it yourself and then maybe you'll improve the quality of your products. Edit after response from owner: I do not believe that the choice of bulbs, screws and design for the particular product I have deserves more than 1 star. Maybe the other products you have do deserve more, I don't know. I leave this to other people who have other products. Thank you your proposal but I drilled the screws and replaced them with good quality screws I had and took my time to replace the bulb.
