With appointment, no one care about it, so many people with no system!! I mean we are in Europe they have to standard there system!! And WE Are In a pandamic and no one care about the corona rules!!!

Bad service at least use watsapp. Trying to call since moring but they keep hanging up my call. I KNOW you guys are busy at least say try at later moment. Very bad service.

- Never answering the phone - Not wanting to provide papers we have the right to obtain because \this will cause problems\. Which problems? I don't know! We were told to come back and try later at least 6 times. - Not organized at all
