Lizy is our company cars provider and we are very happy with the service they offer! Support is caring and always available quickly in case of need. Our employees were always provided with a car on the expected date (a replacement one if the chosen one was not available yet) and complimentary services can be booked with the car as a whole package (insurance, fuel card, etc.) The possibility of having second-hand cars is good to move to more sustainable business models.

I received two offers for two cars I was very interested in. The day after I see a higher price appearing on their platform for one of the cars. I called Lizy to understand this pricing method – apparently there was just a miscalculation in the price, \this happens very rarely\. A few hours later the car was rented. Very disappointing. So I replied that I would opt for the other car but before signing I had a few more questions around the options. Everything seemed as I would like it, so I signed the offer for the second car. The day after I get contacted by Lizy with the subject: \Oops little mistake in the price\ they explain me that the price I signed wasn't correct and the car would cost me 65 EUR more per month. I replied I was a bit surprised this happened again and asked them if they could do something about it. Lizy replies sorry no we can't and by the way the car is rented to another client. WOW. How is that possible? So by signing an offer you don't even get an option for 24 hours? At least you would expect they try to work around it and see how they can help you, well no, nothing. They don't care about service and clients. I would rate them 0 stars if I could.
Lizy is a disruptive customer experience focused company that delivers used car leasing. I've tried the service for my own needs and I really enjoyed the customer experience (all digital). The sales & support team is very dedicated, responsive and ready to help. Some minor issues that were solved very promptly and with delight. Thx
Lizy is a very easy-to-use service & their website is super clear. I ordered a Fiat 500 and received it on time and perfect condition! I didn't know it was this easy to get a lease contract for a small company. I highly recommend Lizy
Already took three cars out for our employees at Ectosense. Great service, love the all-in formula, and at such low prices for recent cars. A much better value proposition than leasing new cars.
At Qover, we decided to only order company cars via lizy.be since September 2019 and so far we are extremely delighted and ordered a total of 5 cars. Our decision to switch to Lizy as our sole provider is driven by the will to reduce the cost of our leasing while offering a large choice to our employees, by the quality and efficiency of their services and also to reduce our ecological footprint by leasing second-hand cars instead of new ones (yet our top priority is to promote bike and public transportation to all our employees but sometimes a company car is inevitable).
Easy to use & reliable without hassle or hidden costs. I can only recommend !
