Hi, It's the first comment ever I make online but the experience was so bad and I can't remain silent. I'm afraid most of the comments I read and lead me to this place were quite wrong. The service is far from being outstanding and qualitative, furthermore with the prices asked. I brought several pairs of shoes, new and not, thinking it's was the best shop downtown. I expected the service to be professional for quality shoes, but it was not. Skates and heels were placed, the edges of the soles were not varnished. A new pair was damaged, and only one pair of the 5 was waxed. The employee told me that to clean the shoes it was necessary to count 40 per pair and a period of 3 weeks. The boss came running to say that he could still wax them if I wanted to... In short, I am saddened by such an experience and having to share it, but I would like to avoid such a misfortune for shoes lovers. I will describe this as indelicate, unfriendly and rude business. Of course on top of it, you can only pay cash and the invoice that had to be prepared wasn't. They make a very good business in the neighbourhood with a clientele that does not look at the expense and may not know what quality shoes requires. Looking for an expert. Thank you

The best in Brussels? I hope not. If you want to communicate in English - forget it, even basic English is not accepted. And expect Chatelain prices, you might end up paying more for the simple repair of the shoe than for the shoe itself. I give 2 stars because the man might have been nice, caring and cheaper if I had spoken French!
