Overpriced, and bad service, especially maintenance. Things were constantly breaking- one day the washers and dryers all went out repeatedly and I lost over 10 euros because I had to keep restarting my machine. When I texted the maintenance worker to ask when they would be fixed, he responded with a shrug emoji. Worst of all, one night I was locked out of my room in March in the freezing cold. I texted and called the same worker, who was supposed to let me in, and he ignored me even though he was supposed to be on duty. A friend of mine said she saw him getting in a car and leaving his shift an hour early that night. Eventually, I called the private security company that is supposed to help with lockouts later in the night. They arrived after an hour. In total, I was outside in the cold for 3 hours. It is dangerous to leave a woman outside alone till far after midnight. This is nowhere near all the issues I had at 365. I would not recommend these accomodations.

I stayed in this place for six months. I strongly suggest you NOT to stay there. The administration is very rude and the value for money very very low. Some of the difficulties that I faced: 1) the ventilation system inside the room never stop working and hence it too noisy. 2) I guess for the same reason the room is full of dust just in a few hours after cleaning. I informed the admission and I never received a reply. 3) during a whole month, there were sirens that made noise during the day... No one cared about fixing it. Etc etc etc... Again, the main problem is that they don't want to help you. They just care abouy who to make more money for you!
Good place to be
I have been living here since July. Everything was fine until the weather became cold. The heating and hot water doesnt work very often and the management doesnt seem to care. It works for few days and then it breaks down and doesnt get sorted for days. This weekend we dont have heating or hot water. Another nice thing is that the alarm goes off randomly for hours at night. As I said the management doesnt care. PLUS the rental contract is so abussive that if I want to leave I have to pay 2 months rent. But what is even better....if they decided to terminate my contract, I would have to pay 3 months rent!!!! DO NOT COME TO LIVE HERE!!!
Horrible place to stay! administration don't care about anything: during whole semester fire alarm was on many times (even during nights), some facilities were broken and didn't get fixed, there is a huge mess with post boxes, etc. Tip: when you leave VP - don't clean it, they'll deduct \cleaning fee\ anyways.
PROS: Nicely located, as it close to ULB, to public transportation, to shops and restaurants. Fully furnished rooms. CONS: frequent power outage, shortage of hot water on showers, the fire alarm goes off randomly, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything your neighbour does. Male caretaker and assistant manager are notably rude, so if you need to count on their services you're gonna have to deal with their bad mood. VERDICT: I lived there for 12 months and it is not worth it.
The worst place that I have ever been, even if it is close, the administration is really bad, they does not care about needs, even some of they employees are spoiled, when there is a blackout in the B building (and also this is frequent) you can not enter to your room, imagine in winter wait 2 hours in midnight or more for the caretakers. Even if the contract specify the hours where the study room is opened, they open it when ever they want; you will be informed if you receive a package many days after it arrives. The hours to go to the office is only a few hours in the morning.
It has taken 4 months to return my deposit and they didn't even answer the emails, not to mention that they took money from an oven that I didn't break, very disappointed
