Not the kind of place you go for fun, but hey. They were quick and and friendly. Much nicer experience than Sint-Denijs-Westrem.

Didn't go there
They are reasonably friendly and helpful. They sometimes close A LOT earlier than the 15 minutes before closing time, often already at 16:00. Don't go after 15:30 and you should be fine. This is not specific to Eeklo but when your headlights need to be adjusted, they could just quickly do this themselves. It even takes less time than putting it on the paper.
