After being on hold for more than 10 minutes, their phone system automatically ends the call. It's impossible to get through. Extremely frustrating. You'd expect better from a luxury brand such as Mercedes... . Shame.

Made an appointment and went in for service A in the morning. They told me the car would be ready in the early afternoon but I heard nothing from them. The next day I tried calling but but they keep on hanging up on me. I can't even get an answer to the question when I will be able to get my car back... Horrible service!!!
Very expensive for the quality of service. That they never pick up the phone, I got kinda used to it over the years (weird to type that, maybe time to consider a change). But announcing to me at 5pm on a Friday that they won't be able to finish the maintenance of a car left at 8AM, without even proposing a replacement car, is just too much. Don't know why I've given them so many 2nd chances but this time I've had enoug. This dealership is a embarrassment for the Mercedes brand. Hopefully they'll realize it soon enough and address it.
By far one of the worst costumer service garage! They don't answer the phone and they treat you like a number. Only the SALES department is the great! Buy your car there and go somewhere else for your maintenance

Very nice building, but the staff are definitely not on my wavelength... I felt like they thought THEY were doing me a great favour by deigning to accept my custom, so I decided in the end to leave the suits and hairstyles of the employees to take care of people more important than me and take my custom elsewhere.
Look at your clothes. Bad attitudes. Believe they are superior to you.
Don't go there with a Smart!!!! First when you want to take an appointment be ready to spend at least 15minutes on the phone. Second, i had to order a piece for my Smart forfour. They told us the piece would be there in a week-time. We took an appointment for the week after. When we arrived we were informed that the piece wasn't there. No phone call to let us know in advance. When the piece was finally there, they told us that the car will be ready for noon. We arrived at 11h45 and could see on their faces that they weren't happy to see us. Obviously they weren't happy as the car was not ready and they knew I had to go to The Netherlands that day.... Also one time they forgot to call the oil top well meaning that my car was leaking oil. Never again there and you should avoid it if you don't want to waist your time and money! They are good to sell things but the after sale is a shame for this brand!.
