They gave me a wrong (inferior) car category based on my phone insurance contract, despite the fact that I highlighted I could have another (superior) category.... Staff friendly but not competent enough :-(
Paid full price while I didn't use the car at all because I was just stolen my ID. Also in another europcar branch received unclear email witg last minute cancelation
