Despite of the modern, high-tech equipments and the friendly girl at the reception, my glasses were made with a mistake and returned to the lab to get the correct prescription. When I passed by to pick it up , I received dusty lenses. I Have purchased prescribed lenses from 3 continents in the past 20 years, never seen an optician that lets you walk away with dusty lenses or at least offering help with your purchased glasses in the future.
