Dr. Balduck has been our pediatrician for a year. We have only good things to tell about her. She is professional, diligent and caring. She is vey patient with the patients. We always get detailed explanations to whatever questions we might have. One of the advantages of seeing Dr.Balduck is that we know she is there for us 24/7. In case of any concern, we can consult over the phone. Also, she sees her patients on weekends, which is a great help for working parents.

Dr. Balduck has been the pediatrician for all our three children for almost 9 years. I have only words of appreciation for her professionalism and disposition. She is always available over the phone and ready to receive us at a moment's notice in her office, even late in the evening. She is competent, knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Nadine Balduck is a great paediatrician in Zaventem! She is very understanding, patient, attentive to detail, friendly and listens to your concerns. She takes time with my son to see him every time we go to visit. Being an expat in Belgium, and do not speak very well in neither french nor Dutch, she is very fluent in english. She explains to us very well. I've never had to wait when I arrive on time for an appointment. She is very punctual. Every time I have an issue about my son's health I call/message her, and she immediately responds even when she is on her holidays. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a child doctor.

We are very happy with Dr. Balduck. She's very professional and nice with the kids, which we found of huge importance especially when they're little and can easily be scared. We like the fact that she advices to use medicins and especially antibiotics only if it's really necessary. But most importantly, SHE'S ALWAYS AVAILABLE, both for consultations and phone calls. Besides check ups, if a child is in a general good health, you can't predict when you need to see the pediatrician and when there's the need, you can't wait. We could always have consultations for the same day and often the problem was even solved over the phone. This way we could avoid many times to go to the emergencies. And the only time we had to go to the hospial in a rush, she immediately detected the problem and told us to go. A suggestion: make sure you know the price of a consultation to avoid bad surprises. But for us, having a pediatrician who is always available is definitely worth the money spent.

Very sad and disappointed with Dr. Balduck. We called her seeking for advice and she answered like a robot without any particular interest or care about our child and the problem we were exposing to her. She also said that she was working like to say that she did not have time to talk to us (when since first appointment she had told us that she prioritises phone consultations). We are with my husband very shocked with this attitude, especially during these hard times, you would like your paediatrician to care and have time for you or to suggest to make an appointment or to call in a later time (many other kind and better reactions) rather than the treatment that we received. Definitely changing paediatrician. In addition, Dr. Balduck answered to this review and instead of apologising, she decided to expose our child medical records (adding inconsistencies!) just to make a point by breaking the confidentiality clause (which is not only worrying but also illegal!) and to blame us for this behaviour. Over the phone or during a face to face consultation, you expect your doctor to act professionally. It seems that the 148 Euros we paid did not make it for another call.

We go to Dr Balduck for 5 years with now 2 children, she is always available to help and answer our questions. We always get appointments whenever we need also weekends. She is a very good and experienced doctor. Always gives the best treatment. She is our first choice. She explains everything very well and clearly and makes sure everything got understood.
